studiospillane works with clients, leasing teams, tenancy coordinators, tenants, designers, consultants and contractors to review tenancy submissions and support better design outcomes.
Our reviews consider customer experience, shopfront presence, visibility, signage, materiality, lighting, accessibility, queuing, furniture, circulation, operational integration and the relationship between each tenancy and the wider environment. We identify issues early, provide clear and practical feedback, and help tenants respond to the project vision, design guidelines and operational requirements.
This work is particularly valuable in airports, universities, mixed-use precincts and public-facing commercial environments, where individual tenancies need to contribute to a more coherent customer experience. Our role is to improve design quality, support commercial outcomes and help create places that are more legible, welcoming and resolved.
